IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE WHEN I BOUGHT MY FIRST STX REVO.I THOUGHT I WOULD NEVER GIVE UP MY 4600 REEL'S. THE STX FORCED ME INTO BUYING MORE BUT MY WIFE FREAKED, SO I BOUGHT 2 SX REVOS THEN I BOUGHT A S REVO, A SKEET REESE REVO, AND AN ORRA REVO. NOW JUST TO SAY, THEY BLOW AWAY 4600 REEL'S. I KEEP ALL MY REEL'S CLEAN,LIKE WORM GEAR, THATS MOST IMPORTANT. NEVER HAD TO ADD A PALL OR ANYTHING. ALL REVO'S, TO ME, ARE TOURNAMENT QUALITY.THEN TO TOP IT OFF THE VENDETA CAME OUT.I HAVE 2.THEY ARE BETTER, LIGHTER BALANCED POLE'S THEN ST. CROIX'S,THE EYE LETS DON'T POP OUT. THEN THE VEGEANCE IS MY HEAVY FLIPPIN BRUSH POLE. 24 TON'S OF PURE POWER WOW!! MY ROD LOCKER IS MISSING THE MGX.THE BROTHERS IN MY ROD LOCKER WILL LOOK UP TO HIM AND TREAT HIM LIKE FAMILY! THANK YOU FOR PUTTING ME UP ON YOUR "REEL IT IN" PAGE ON FACEBOOK. I GAVE MY DOG WHICH IS NAMED ABU A BONE!!!!!!
I have been using the revo stx for the past 2 seasons and I have not had any problems with it at all, as long as I do a seasonal cleaning and tune up, this reel has been doing me justice. The feel, control, maintenance is top notch! keep up the good work with the revo's!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I own three of these and have put 2 season on them and still going strong with no problems!

This is an awesome reel, i find every reason to use this reel and rod. It casts very well, i like the fact that it has the pins to adjust the brake as well as the magnets. Easy to use in wind and cast light lures. I have the winch on the way and hope to enjoy it as much. I almost bought a curado but dont regret my purchase or think back on my decision at all, i love this reel.
