These reels palm well, and are very smooth on the cast and retrieve. Casts all weight baits very well, the dual cast control works great. Balances on many rods pretty well. The 09 models are nearly equal, just don't have the dual cast control, but still have few backlash issues when set properly. A great reel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall the best reel on the market. Drag system and design make it perfect all around reel. Easy to set up and use.

For me Fishing is just like Real Estate. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. The Revo makes it all Possible. To drop that bait within that 12 circle and EXACTLY where I want from a GREATER Distance to NOT SPOOK THE FISH. Backlash is not even a thought. Then present the bait and BAM Fish ON !!! 7-1-1 Ratio and I have that fish EXACTLY where I want it !! IN THE LIVE WELL IN NO TIME !!!
