Excellent value. Makes using a bait casting reel easy for a beginner since it is such a well made performance reel. I can cast over and over and not a single back-lash. What a difference from all the other bait casters I have used in the past. You get what you pay for, and this reel is worth it. Matched up to a Vendetta pole I can fish all day and have a great time. I love my REVO SX.

I've been useing Abu Garcia reels for a long time. Nothing like the Revo SX. I feel like it is the revolution time. The reel is excellent. I did not have one single problem since I bought it last year. It casts like no other reel can match. It is smooth, fast retrieve, no lash back, no tangled line. Not to mention , I all ready caught too many Large mouth Bass with it. Im planing to buy the second one. Thank you Abu Garcia for such a great reel.

I am a profesinal kayak angler. I fish 5 to 7 days a week year round. I still have my first Revo SX I bought the day it came out. All my Sx's have put up to the abuse of a kayak. We drag our stuff on rocks, throw them to the bottom of the river, and they are constantly wet. I am proud to be sponsored by such a great company and I will never go anywhere else as long as these reels never leave.

I've been using this reel for 2 months now and I fish 2-3 days a week. This reel has really stood it's ground and performed like a champ! Smooth reel and casts a country mile! It is very sensitive on the spool tensioner settings so one has to dial in very carefully per bait application. It casts weightless soft plastics with ease, and is an all around excellent pitching/flipping reel when paired with the proper rod. I currently have mine on a Vendetta 7' MH. The only complaint I have is that they don't come in lower gear ratios for deep diving crankbaits.
