I own several more expensive reels but I think that the casting distance of the Revo SX is equal to or better than any of them. I would recomend this reel to everyone.

The SX is the best reel I have ever used.Perfect balance with my Vendetta rod.Going to transition to all Revo"s and Abu rods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I basically have been a lifetime user of Garcia Reels, the original 5000 I learned on is in the "Retirement Case", course when the revos came out I had to try them, traded 12 4600C's in for the new revos and have not looked back. I believe the Revo line represent the rich heritage,craftsmanship, performance and cutting edge technology, that the 5000 originally introduced back in its day, I look forward to one day adding a Revo to the "Retirement Case". Thank you Abu Garcia for making my fishing time so easy and effortless.
I've had my SX for close to 4 years now. It is as solid and smooth as day one. A little light maintenance and oil a few times a year and you have a fish pulling machine. I look forward to as much use out of my STX and Toro Wench!
