I began to use the 5500 when i was 8yrs old and fell in love with it. Every time i would use a different brand, the smoothness could not compare to these. So i moved up to the 6500's and they work so nice that i went out and bought another one. I would absolutely recommend these reels to a beginner or advance angler. You really do get your moneys worth out of these.

The RCN 60HC couldn't be a better reel if it was a gift from the Gods. Super smooth casting, Drag system that works flawlessly, and absolutely NO flex. I personally own 8 RCN 60HC's and 8 RCN 50's (for walleye and bass) and don;t feel slightly guilty about the money I invested.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this reel for Northern and muskie fishing. Its a great casting, smooth reeling reel. The drag works great and is smooth also. I have no complaints about this reel to date. Its a great reel. Its brought in a lot of fish.

i have used this reel for a month and everything about it is perfect i usally fish saltwater but have even done some catfishing in the river and caught one 30 pounder this reel had no trouble and the drag was the smothest i have ever seen or used and the casting distance cant be beat i would recomend this reel to anyone hope to get a second one soon for the night time catfishing and its always good to have a spare never know when you will hook one big enough to pull your rig out of your hands hopefully you want let it slip but have seen it happen great buy and one of the best reels i have ever used
