Tree little words that are important to west coasters when buying a new Abu are "MADE IN SWEDEN" and this reel has them.

Using the C4 I've caught cold and hot water bass. If the line did't break you could catch them any time you worked hard to catch fish, they wear you out. Trouble free reel. Lots of fun. Turtle Creek, Chuck, Tim, Ed, Jeff, Jimmy, amd Gregg.
I have two identical setups with these reels and I love them both. I have put the Power Handle on both, since it is easier for the Stripers and Blue Fish. I didn't think it would handle the Blues, but they do with no problem.
I was putting on the Power Handle on one of them and not paying attention. I stripped the main threads. Sent it back to Garcia, and was back in a week, no charge. Very happy with the service from this company.
