I have used the Veritas rod for the entire year. I prefer to fish with jigs and Carolina rigs and the rod is perfect for my style of fishing. It is sensitive enough to detect the lightest bites but still strong enoug to take the fight to a big bass.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this rod, great feel and control. The backbone of this rod allows for a great hookset.

I bought this rod as an entry into baitcasting, the Abu Garcia brand, and serious fishing. I also purchased a revo stx reel. I must say, I have been very pleased with the versatility I have gotten out of my 6' 6" medium heavy rod. The quality of rod, combined with a marketable price point to an entry level angler, has made this a perfect choice. Thank You!

i have 4 of these rods all paired up with revo sx i have fished almost every product abu garcia is by far the best thinkin about geting the verdict in the 7' 6" rod with the revo mgx really love a whole lot better than quantum and shimamo Abu Garcia for life
