love this rod! the 7'3 mh is casting is awesome for froging and hanking those fish out of the weeds

I have fished over 25 Tournaments this year. I put all my gear thru some rugged conditions from cold weather to over 100 deg summers. From dropshotting to Froggin these rods withstood a pounding! Im a big strong guy with a incredible hookset. I have broken many rods and lines thru the years due to this. With the perfect blend of action in the tips of these rods. I did not break 1 rod this year and never snapped and lines while setting the hook! When moneys on the line you can bet. Veritas will be in my hands!

Bought the 7'6 MH for a Flipping and Pitching Rod. Recieved the rod and was amazed to see how light it felt. Then put my reel on with braid and couldnt believe how sensitive the rod is. Then I saw they came out with the winch series rod and just had to have one and found it to be even lighter and great parabolic bend for crankbaits. I could use these rods all day and never get too heavy for the wrists or hands!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recieved my new Veritas Winch 7' 6" MH rod recently and used it in the FLW Open on Guntersville. Had a tough day 1 and no bites till late on day two. Knew I needed a big fish to make a check. Takahiro had us on a ledge in about 10 feet of water. He had resorted to drop-shotting and I was able to stick with cranking a DT-10. The rod helped me make long casts into the wind and I was able to feel the bottom very well! With check-in at 4:30 I was able to boat a 5 lb. 7 oz. bruiser (at 3:30) that made three hard runs under the boat and helped me to move from 74th to 47th place and to make a check. The Veritas Winch rod and Skeet Revo worked great together. I also fished the 7' 0" Medium model in practice and liked it too. These rods weigh nothing!!! Easy to cast all day.
