great reel!

I have used a lot of different high end spinning reels but none can even match this reel its by far the lightest, smoothest, best casting spinning reel I have ever put in my hand. On the lakes I fish (Deep clear lakes) I use a spinning rod more times than not and A good spinning reel is key if you are looking for a new spinning a new spinning reel I would recommend this reel to you as my number one pick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

There is a simple rule when it comes to fishing equipment. You get what you pay for. If your him/hawing back ant forth about weather it's worth the money or not........ just go out and buy it! Best reel I've ever owned. Put one on my Croix LT walleye rod and FELL IN LOVE! Well worth it and buying more, Dusty

I bought a couple of the Revo Premier 30's and I was very impressed from the very moment I got into the big Red fish with it..I could simply not beleive the smoothness of the drag and most reels will lose some of their smoth reeling action under pressure of a big fish, not this one it stays as smooth as liquid graphite...I am very very impressed and only wonder why it took me so long to give them a try..I don't care if you are a weekend angler or a professional guide this reel is worth every penny you pay for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

are u using it for saltwater??can this reel be use for both saltwater and freshwater???

I purchased the revo premier a few weeks ago when there was still ice on the river. I have been itching to try it ever since the day I brought it home and wound it up with new line... I finaly got to try it last weekend, and even though i only had a small area of open water to work with, it felt incredible to fish with, Its light and smooth and after I got it tuned up and adjusted the spool with the supplied spacer washers, that was it, I was convinced, I am now a devoted Abu Garcia customer... Would definitely recommend it to everyone...
this real was great until i caught a 2 poung fish and the darn stem broke and i got it as a reward and it is only 4 months old only used 3 times i thing i m going to stick with penn because the stem is not plastic

Did you have to do this with a new reel? and why if so..... I am getting back into fishing after 20+ years of not fishing. I can't believe the value I have found in Abu Garcia products so I was a bit surprised to see that you needed to "tune up" your new top of the line reel.
