Great rod! Would not have complained if I had paid more. The med is great w/ t rigged plastics and top water plugs, cranks... I use it as my go to general purpose bait-caster. I hope to add a few more in the near future. The medium action seems stiff, but is good for all around fishing.

i have never written a review before, but after using the vendetta, and veritos i have told everybody i know how incredible these rods are, i have read all the reviews on these rods before i purchased one and was really worried, so i bought 1- 7'3'' mh vendetta and 1-7'3''mh veritos just to see which one was better, i paired both rods with the Skeet Reese Revo unbelievable reels also by abu garcia (wish they still made them).
All the reviews i have read never said what people use the rods for, spinnerbait, carolina, texas,jigs,frogs,etc. i have found the vendetta 7'3'' mh to be excellent for spinnerbaits, lipless cranks,flukes, wacky senkos, small plastics, really sensitive and strong with enough backbone to drag them thru light weeds,i liked the vendetta so much i have 3, and i have 4 veritos that i am going to write a review on next, try them you will not be dissapointed

I originally bought the 7'3" heavy action Vendetta to be a frog rod; however, the tip is not soft enough to load up and launch the frog accurately. This rod is more suited for flipping and does an excellent job. The Vendetta has enough sensitivity to detect the slightest tick and has plenty of "snort" to get big fish out of heavy wood and grass. When paired with the Revo SX this rod is light and comfortable enough to fish all day with no fatige. Not to mention it looks great!

I would recommend this to a friend!
