excellent value at its price point, i own 2 spinning models both with a soron stx 20 mounted on them, excellent balance, the rods are underatted a M is more of a true MH the 2 rods i purchased looked great only issue i saw was a little too much epoxy on some of the guides that i carefully scrapped off w an exacto knive. The M rods are excellent all around utility rods, can handle trigs, jerk baits, smaller cranks or spinnerbaits,.. i want to try the ML for my finesse fishing as i do have trouble "feeling" my lighter rigs on the M.

I currently own 3 of these rods, 1 spinning and 2 casting. Started off with just one but now I have started switching ALL of my rods and reels to Abu Garcia! 3 Vendettas and 3 Veritas rods so far, to me for the $$ you really cannot beat this line of rods! This is my personal opinion of course but I will be using these products FOR LIFE! Just bought one to begin with and within 6 months later I am up to 6 Abu rods so that has to tell you something! BUY ONE!!!

received this rod just over a week ago (I ordered the 7'6" heavy for flipping and pitching, and for throwing the bronzeye kingdaddy frog), and got the first chance to take it for a spin so to speak the other day. Let me just say I have fished many rods in my 20 years of fishing, and for a rod under 100 dollars, this is one of if not the best one out there. I put it up there with the veritas, and the mojos from st. croixs, and the all star rods. Abu Garcia has done it again, they made another fantastic product. You hear that this rod is a little stiff in some reviews, but in the heavy action rod i bought, I didn't seem to think the tip was too stiff at all, I cant speak for the other actions and lengths, but great tip action of the heavy.

I've been fishing Vendetta and Veritas rods since they were initially realeased, and have no intention of ever buying any other brand of rods. My favorite Vendetta rod is a 7'6" H with fast action. This rod is sensitive enough to fish small plastics, but strong enough to boat beasts out of thick grass. I use both the spinning and casting line of Vendetta rods, and have been extremely impressed with both. I actually landed a 15lb redfish on a Vendetta spinning rod that I use for drop-shotting, and it handled the fish like a champ. My favorite thing about Vendetta rods is that I always feel in control of the fish, even when I'm playing a really large fish. To me having that control is as important as anything!
My only gripe is that the 7'3" MH casting rod is a little lacking in sensitivity for a lot of applications, but is an awesome spinnerbait rod! In all, I've never had another rod that I was more impressed with.
