I bought one of these rods right when they came out.I now own four of them. These rods are lighter then most other rods especially any rod around 90$. I will say that i have broken two of them and had to return them but I dont think it was do too faulty manufacturing I am not one to be gentle. These rods are by far some of the most sensitive on the market and the actions are great. All in all for the price they cant be beat.
and how strong were the rods you broke? were they M-MH? I would love to buy a heavy action to go after Gars.

Use the rod with my SXT Revo Reel and love the balance and feel. Just returned from a week long bass fishing trip and on the last day noticed the the small brace on the guide on the tip was broken and the guide was bent back approx 1/4 inch leaving the rod tip pointed where the guide brace is supposed to be attached.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I figured I would try out one of the 7' 4" Vendetta spinning rods so I ordered one. I also ordered a Abu Garcia Cardinal 302i spinning reel and spooled it up with Sufix 8 lb. mono. This is an awesome finesse combo. I took it out for the first time this morning. I missed one on the first cast then caught a 4 pounder on the second cast. I could feel the thump when the fish picked up the worm. What impressed me with that was the fact that I had made a super long cast against the wind. The bite came on the fall at the end of the cast. Amazing sensitivity and great backbone. The drag on the reel was flawless and I was able to put a lot of extra torque on the rod to keep the fish out of the weeds. Along with the 4 pounder, I landed a 1 1/2 lb. bass and a 2 1/2 lb. bass. Not bad for my first 30 minutes of trying my new setup out. I will definitely be getting more of these.

I just bought the 6"6" MH Vendetta. On my fourth cast with 7" worm rod broke about 3" from tip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
