Im $230 broke and happy. Best buy ever on a reel. I bought all these shimanos and dawias. Spend money on reels turn around and sold them on ebay. Dont get me wrong shomano has good reels. But these reel blows any baitcast reel shimano made out the water. These has alot of power and super smooth everything. Give it a test drive. I you will be $230 broke too.....
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best saltwater low profile reel there is!
Posted September 6, 2011
What i love about this reel is that solid look of it as well as it durability. love the 24 pounds drag, can easily bring the fish up but will still fight the fish slowly though.funny thing is that it has this sound when you cast…… quite a sharp sound…….. nonetheless, i recommend this reel to any saltwater lovers who want the fish badly….really great reel

Buying a reel over fifty dollars always made me hesitant but saltwater takes that hesitation away after the third reel destroyed by the salt. The drag is smooth yet powerful, tough yet smooth. The reel has the finesse to toss 1/8 oz baits and the power to haul in a 23 pound south texas surf redfish. Buy it and don't look back. As for the rod the vendetta was my choice if Abu would make a rod especially for this Revo I would be the first in line.
Best low profile reel in the market. This has alot of power. For the performance at its price you cant beat it. Shimano has reels that cost more but dont perform as well as this reel. Best reel around hands down....

For years I hesitated spending too much money on reels. Most of mine broke and wore down quickly, but once i made the big purchase i'll never go back. You can really feel the difference between a good reel and hunk of metal that has line wrapped around it. Very impressed and much worth the extra money.
